Confirmed Exhibitors

All confirmed exhibitors are required to login with the Access Key sent to the official confirmation email.

Products or services exhibited must be pertinent to the attendees’ professional interest. AHRA reserves the right to restrict who may exhibit at the conference and exhibit sales activities that it deems inappropriate or unprofessional. Selling of products or merchandise on the exhibit floor is strictly prohibited. Money may not be exchanged on the show floor; however, orders may be received and fulfilled after the event. Any exhibitor found in violation may result in immediate eviction from the conference and no refund of exhibit fees of any kind. By continuing the contracting process, you agree to these terms.
