Welcome to the AACTE 2025 Annual Meeting Exhibit Hall Portal. The final day to register as an exhibitor and/or sponsor is February 9, 2025. Please be aware promotion of companies and organizations registering after January 31 will only occur via AACTE's website and digital planner.

If this is your first visit, please start with "First Time Visit to 2025 AM". Once signed in, you will be asked to document some basic contact information; choose your exhibiting sponsorship level status as well as any individual sponsorship opportunities; and finalize your payment. All future visits to the portal can be accessed by using your user email address and assigned access key.

Please be sure to complete all of the tasks associated with the 2025 Annual Meeting within days of registering as a sponsor and/or exhibitor. You can also register for individual sponsorship opportunities via a link on your portal homepage.
