This year’s exhibitor and sponsor registration will be a two-step process. When you click the registration button below it will take you to our new exhibitor platform. First, you will create an account, enter your company information, and purchase your initial booth or sponsorship package.
You will then receive an email from staff with your login information for the exhibitor portal. In the portal, you can purchase and assign booth staff, buy additional booth spaces, upload your logo, select your sponsor items, and support your favorite funds like YP, Latin America, and Travel Support!
Between your initial purchase and logging into the portal, staff will ensure your portal includes your sponsorship package, include your previously purchased sponsorships items in your cart for only you to secure, and assign any credits that may need to be added.
We are excited about this new system, as it will create a space where you can access all the information you’ll need like exhibitor kits, badges, and housing links.
