STEP 1: Select "Click to Start" - This will take you to the 2025 Exhibit Application. DO NOT TRY TO LOGIN. You are currently not an existing 2025 Exhibitor until you have fully completed the online application. Once you completed the application process you will receive an email confirmation that will include this year’s Login/Access key information. Then you will be able to use your 2025 Login/Access key to log into your portal and make additional payments, update your profile etc. and more! Your access key will change year after year.
STEP 2: If you exhibited with AOPA in the past, start to type in your company name until you see it pre-populate. Please do not alter your company name here. Should you need to adjust your company name, please send me a separate email and we can take care of that on the back end. Altering your company name here will create an additional account. If you have never exhibited before, please go proceed with providing company name.
STEP 3: Select if you are an AOPA Member, Non-Member or Non-Profit (this will be verified with the AOPA Membership Database)
STEP 4: Complete the application, select booth and make payment.
