The Exhibitor Resource Center (ERC) is where full exhibit details are posted to help prepare exhibitors for the conference:
  1. Register your staff for booth badges (opening January 2024)
  2. Book hotel rooms (opening January 2025)
  3. Update your “My Conference Planner” online booth directory listing
  4. Access online leads and statistics from your “My Conference Planner” online booth directory listing
  5. Download marketing materials you can use to promote your presence at the show (available January 2025)
  6. Upload your Certificate of Insurance (COI)
  7. Access the Exhibitor Service Kit (FreemanOnline) (available January 2025)
  8. Review exhibitor checklist outlining important exhibitor updates and deadlines
