Beware of Unauthorized Hotel Reservation and List Rental Solicitations Please note that AHCA/NCAL is only partnered with Convention Management Resources (CMR) for hotel reservations. We will not call or email you to make reservations. Our hotel reservation portal is only available through the Exhibitor Service Center. Also, please be aware that AHCA/NCAL does not sell or distribute attendee lists to any third-party vendor. Access to the attendee list is a benefit to our exhibitors. If you are approached to buy a list, it is a scam. We would suggest that you do not respond or engage with these vendors. It only emboldens their effort. We do our best to keep our eye on these offenders. We've sent cease and desist requests, they just change a number and try again.
