Here's how it works:
1. Type in your company's name. As you type, company names will be suggested to you and you can select one if it matches your company.
2. Verify or update the booth contact information for your company.
3. Select your top 3 booth locations. If requesting a booth larger than 10X10, please indicate all booths you would like to rent, in the comments box.
4. A Non-Refundable 50% deposit for booth rental is due at the time of booth selection and exhibitor agreement submission. Full payment is due with submission for booths requested on or after February 1, 2025.
5. ACVIM will receive your request and send the booth contact a confirmation email once booth location is approved.
