Exhibitor Registration

Here's how it works:

Type in your company's name below. As you type, company names will be suggested to you. Please select the one that matches your company.
Verify or update the administrative exhibit booth contact information for your company.
Choose the booth type you would like.
Choose your top three booth locations on the interactive floorplan. Please note that sponsors receive first choice of booth location which are usually in the front of the exhibit hall. Please choose locations with this in mind.
Enter payment information. *Please note that a 50% deposit of the total amount is required to hold an exhibit spot.
You will then receive an automatic email confirmation of your exhibitor registration. This email will include details on how to log-in to the Exhibitor Portal which houses the Important Exhibitor Information and Tasks the booth coordinator will need to complete.

If your company exhibited at a past FelineVMA/AAFP Conference, your company name will be found. If your company name does not appear in the search results, try typing in a different version of your company name.

If your company hasn't exhibited at a FelineVMA/AAFP Conference before, please email exhibitor@catvets.com to get approval before moving forward.
