2025 AIUM Annual Convention Partnership Service Center

Here's how it works:

Type in your company's name. As you type, company names will be suggested to you and you can select one if it matches your company.
Verify or update the primary coordinator's contact information for your company.
Indicate if your company wants to rent a space in the Exhibit Hall and/or purchase a sponsorship opportunity. Space rental is not required for participation in the 2025 AIUM Annual Convention.
Enter payment information.
An email confirmation of your contract submission will automatically be sent to the Primary coordinator.

Please Note:

Credit card and wire transfer payments are accepted through the online portal. Should you prefer to make a payment via check, please contact us at aiumpartnerships@aium.org.
Full payment due at purchase.
